About the method

How this site works

Tall Seat Fit answers one question: which recliners and massage chairs does the maker say fit a given height, and how do the seat numbers compare with a given body. It does not review comfort, test chairs or rank brands.

What goes in

Only chairs whose maker prints a user height range or size band. Each figure sits next to its link and the day it was read. A missing figure stays "not published".

How figures are checked

Each figure is compared with a second, separate page, usually a retailer's spec table. Matching figures carry a "2 sources" tag. Figures that differ are held back and listed on the disagreements page. Rows with no second page yet are tagged "maker only".

Your entries in the finder

It compares them with the printed figures in your browser and shows the differences in inches. It does not judge comfort or health. If you have a medical reason for a lift or zero-gravity chair, the maker's own guidance and your clinician come first.

Money

Nothing here is paid for: no ads, no sponsored rows, and the outbound links are plain links to makers that pay Tall Seat Fit nothing. A change to that would be announced on this page before it happened, and any paid link would carry a label.
