Height fit finder for recliners and massage chairs

Type your height. See which chairs list you inside their range.

34 chairs from 4 makers, checked against the user height range each maker prints. Add three seated measurements and the list also shows how the seat, cushion and backrest line up with your body, in inches.

Add seated measurements (optional, 3 minutes with a tape)
Sit in a chair you like, feet flat. Compared with seat height.
Back touching the chair back. Compared with seat depth.
Compared with how far the backrest rises above the seat.
Compared with the published weight capacity.

Results show here. Nothing you type leaves this page.

How the three labels work

In range, 2 sources The maker's range covers your height, and a second, separate page (usually a retailer's spec table) covers it too.

In range, maker only The maker's figure covers you, but either no second page was found or the second page gives a narrower range that leaves you out. Example: Infinity prints 5'2" to 6'4" for the Circadian 4D, a retailer prints 5'2" to 6'6". At 6'5" the chair gets this label.

Outside Your height is past the printed range, or your weight is over the printed capacity.

Seat comparisons follow the self-measure method in Golden Technologies' sizing guide: knee bend to floor against seat height, back of chair to knee bend against seat depth, seat to top of head against back height. The finder shows the gap in inches and leaves the call to you. Golden itself says no chart replaces sitting in the chair.

Who tops out where

5 chairs in the set list 6'9" as the top of their range, all of them massage chairs. Golden's Tall and Tall/Wide lift recliners print "6'2" and up" with no ceiling at all. Every Human Touch Perfect Chair in the set stops at 6'2". The full table sorts all 34 by top height.
